Low Life

October 16, 2012, 7:40 am:
This is what I found on my windshield as I was getting into my car.  I was maybe 2 feet from the beginning of the red paint on the curb.  Apparently this maniac felt that he could jam his car in behind me if only I had pulled up all the way.  This person was so upset that he pulled out his scary notebook and pen and scratched out a note..double sided.
"You selfish low life could come to the red so I could park behind you.  Selfish is ugly.  You'll see, when others do like you."

This is the 2nd note I've recieved like this.  See http://www.trialsandtribulationz.blogspot.com/2011/07/nice-park-jobd-bag.html

Operation Boot Camp

Ok people. So I'm almost done with my LVN program.  I will be done with everything by Oct. 16th.  It's been quite a ride.  I will discuss it and the highlights later.  But I promised myself that I would now turn my energy on getting my body into shape so I can wear what I want to wear and feel good about myself again.  Health benefits blah blah...I want to wear some hot jeans and a tank top ok?
So I signed up for a 4 week Boot Camp starting tomorrow at 5:45 am.  I'm freaking out.  Every time I thought about it today, my stomach hurt.  Tonight I received the "Welcome" email with the run-down of what to expect, what to bring, and a few guidelines...
the last one.."DO NOT GO ON A GIANT BINGE before boot camps begins.  Be Good.  That's an Order!"
I read this as I was slamming a Big Mac w/fries while sitting in my underwear at my computer.
I'm so screwed.
Thanks

Exercise. Major Trial.

I'm trying to get back in shape. My favorite class to take is Bodypump. It's weights with music. I went to my first class the other night. It took everything in me as a human being to get there and do this class. A class which was taught by this guy...Kaleb. Kaleb is super nice and happy to see you. The only problem is...I CAN'T UNDERSTAND A WORD HE IS SAYING.
"Ok! PEEPALL - One! Taoo! Rawnd One Ova! DING DING DING!" (yelling into his headset microphone).
Kaleb- I'm not going to do a standing lunge and shoot up into the air do a karate kick and land back into a lunge. I'm not on meth.

Recently at the VA Hospital...

So I've been a little busy with work and school on the weekends, etc. This past term I was assigned to the VA Hospital for clinicals on the weekends. Saw a lot, learned a bit, and saw this sign. Please don't slam patients legs in the fire doors? Wtf.
